Shipping and Return Policy
All of our products are carefully packaged and wrapped to protect them during shipment and assure freshness when they arrive. We strive to ship out your item as soon as possible, but in seasonal time (November/December), expect your order in 7-10 days. Chocolates are only shipped October thru April. Please supply a full street address for each shipment (NO PO boxes). Shipping is handled via UPS and Fed Ex Ground. For shipping costs, please see chart below. The shipping prices are per address. Upon request in comments field, a greeting card will accompany your shipment. All claims for damage must be made to the carrier upon delivery.
If you don’t like something, please tell us immediately. If you want to return something, please contact us first and we will take appropriate action to replace, exchange, or refund you. We offer 100% customer satisfaction.
